Rental Policy

This Rental Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms for renting equipment, devices, and kits from Savage Presents (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, booking a rental, or accepting delivery of equipment, you (“Client,” “Renter,” or “User”) agree to all terms listed below.
1. Rental Eligibility
To rent equipment from Savage Presents, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Provide accurate contact and billing information

Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy

Provide a valid ID if requested
-
Pay the required rental fees and deposits
We reserve the right to deny rentals at our discretion.
2. Rental Equipment
Our rental categories include, but are not limited to:

Backstage WiFi Kits
-
GoPro & Camera Kits
-
Streaming Kits
-
Tablet/POS Kits (iPad, printers, cash drawers)
-
Credential & Wristband Printing Units
-
Event Communications Devices
-
Activation & Event Support Equipment
All equipment remains the sole property of Savage Presents.
3. Rental Period
Rental periods may be:

Daily
-
3-Day / Weekend
-
Weekly
-
Monthly
The rental period begins at the time equipment is picked up or delivered and ends when the equipment is returned in full.
Late returns are subject to additional charges.
4. Fees & Payment
Payment is due at booking unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Fees may include:

Rental fee
-
Delivery or shipping fee
-
Setup or configuration fee (if applicable)
-
Security deposit
-
Replacement or repair fees (if equipment is lost/damaged)
Security Deposit:
Unless otherwise specified, Savage Presents may require a refundable deposit. Deposits are returned within 5–10 business days after equipment is inspected and confirmed to be in working condition.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Unless otherwise stated in your invoice or custom agreement:
A. Standard rentals

Cancellations 7+ days before start: Full refund

Cancellations 3–6 days before start: 50% refund
-
Cancellations within 72 hours: No refund
-
No-shows: No refund; full rental fee applies
B. Custom builds, large events, or installations
Non-refundable once planning or configuration begins.
6. Delivery, Shipping & Pickup
Options available depending on location:
A. Local Delivery / Pickup
Savage Presents will deliver or you may pick up equipment at a designated location/time.
B. Shipping Option
For nationwide rentals:

You are responsible for returning items using the prepaid label or approved method.

Late or incorrect shipping may result in additional fees.
C. Client Responsibility
From the moment equipment is received, the renter is responsible for:

Storage
-
Security
-
Proper handling
-
Returning all items and accessories
7. Use of Equipment
By renting equipment, you agree to:

Use equipment only as intended
-
Follow all setup guides and safety instructions
-
Avoid tampering, opening, modifying, or altering any device
-
Not resell, loan, or sub-rent equipment
-
Use equipment in safe environments free from excessive water, heat, or hazardous conditions
If used outdoors, equipment must be properly protected from weather.
8. Damage, Loss, or Theft
You are financially responsible for all rented items.
A. Damage
Any damage due to misuse, drops, spills, modification, or failure to follow instructions will result in repair or replacement fees.
B. Loss or Theft
Lost, stolen, or un-returned items will be charged full replacement value, including accessories.
C. Failure to Return
If the equipment is not returned within:

48 hours of the due date → Late fee applies

7 days of the due date → Full replacement value will be charged
9. Technical Support
Savage Presents offers:

Phone and email support
-
Virtual setup assistance
-
On-site support for some packages (additional fee)
Support availability may vary depending on event schedule and staffing.
10. Client Responsibilities
The renter agrees to:

Inspect equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately
-
Ensure equipment is returned in clean, working condition
-
Ensure kits are returned with all included components
-
Protect equipment against unauthorized use
Failure to report pre-existing damage within 24 hours may result in repair charges.
11. Liability
Savage Presents is not liable for:

Loss of business or revenue due to equipment failure
-
Issues caused by poor venue signal, power outages, or environmental conditions
-
Delays caused by shipping carriers or weather
-
Interruptions or errors due to client-side misuse
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
12. Indemnification
The renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Savage Presents and its employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of rented equipment.
13. Policy Updates
We may update this Rental Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
