2. Service Bookings & Payments

When booking services, rentals, or event support through Savage Presents:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Payment terms will be clearly stated at checkout or via invoice.

• You agree to provide accurate billing, contact, and service information.

Savage Presents reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking due to invalid information, non-payment, safety concerns, or operational limitations.

 

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

Policies may differ depending on the service type (e.g., WiFi rentals, event staffing, equipment rentals, logistics). Unless otherwise stated in your invoice or service agreement:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before service date: eligible for full refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days: subject to partial refund or credit.

• Cancellations within 72 hours: non-refundable.

• No-shows or last-minute operational changes initiated by the client may result in additional fees.

Custom packages, production builds, logistics routes, and staffing services may follow separate written agreements that supersede this policy.

 

4. Equipment Rentals (WiFi Kits, Devices, Gear, Etc.)

If you rent equipment from Savage Presents:

• You accept full responsibility for all gear from the moment it is delivered until it is returned.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged items will be billed at replacement value.

• Late returns may result in additional daily charges.

• You agree not to modify, tamper with, or misuse any rented equipment.

A refundable security deposit may apply to certain rentals or activation packages.

 

5. Event Staffing & On-Site Operations

Savage Presents provides event staff, build crew, logistics teams, and production support. By booking our staff:

• You agree to provide a safe working environment.

• You agree not to request tasks that violate safety regulations or labor laws.

• You acknowledge that staff availability is subject to scheduling and demand.

• Any changes to event call times must be communicated in writing.

Savage Presents maintains the right to replace staff if necessary.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, images, videos, assets, kits, concepts, and documentation on this site are the exclusive property of Savage Presents or its partners.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or repurpose any content

• Use any Savage Presents trademarks without permission

• Sell or distribute proprietary materials, manuals, or systems

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Savage Presents is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by weather, travel issues, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God

• Losses due to client-side equipment, internet availability, venue power, or third-party vendors

• Indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our website or services

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific engagement.

• Failure to follow safety guidelines
