About the Role

Application Submission:
Interested vendors must complete and submit an online application form, and should include details about the vendor's business, merchandise, and relevant images.

Review and Selection:
Applications will be reviewed by the event organizers based on criteria such as product uniqueness, quality, alignment with event theme, and diversity. Selected vendors will be notified within two weeks of submission.

Vendor Booth Requirements:

Booth Space:
Vendors will be provided with a booth space at the event venue based on your size selection in your application.

Setup and Display: Vendors are responsible for setting up and decorating their booths in an attractive and inviting manner. Booth displays should be visually appealing and reflect the vendor's brand and merchandise.

Tent and Equipment:
Vendors must bring their own tents, tables, chairs, and any necessary display equipment. All equipment must be in good condition and comply with safety standards.

Signage:
Each vendor booth should have clear and legible signage displaying the business name, product information, and pricing.

Event Logistics:

Load-In and Load-Out:
Vendors will receive specific load-in and load-out instructions, including designated times and locations for setup and teardown. Vendors must adhere to these instructions to ensure a smooth event experience.

Payment and Sales:
Vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions. Cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment options are recommended.

Insurance:
Vendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance coverage for the duration of the event.

Staffing:
Vendors must have sufficient staff available to manage their booths throughout the event.
