About the Role

Application Submission:
Interested food vendors must complete and submit an online application andshould include details about the vendor's culinary offerings, menu items, and relevant images.

Review and Selection:
Applications will be reviewed by the event organizers based on criteria such as menu uniqueness, quality, alignment with event theme, and diversity. Selected food vendors will be notified within two weeks of submission.

Food Vendor Booth Requirements and Commission Structure:

Booth Space:
Vendors will be provided with a booth space at the event venue based on your size selection in your application.

Menu Pricing:
Food vendors are responsible for setting their own menu prices, which should be reasonable and competitive.

Commission:
A commission fee of 15% of total sales will be collected by the event organizers at the end of each operating day. This commission helps support the event and its community initiatives.

Setup and Presentation:
Vendors are responsible for setting up their booths and food presentation in an inviting and visually appealing manner. Booth displays should showcase the food items and reflect the vendor's brand.

Equipment:
Food vendors must bring their own cooking equipment, utensils, and any necessary serving supplies. All equipment must meet safety and hygiene standards.

Signage and Menu Display:
Each food vendor booth should have clear and legible signage displaying the business name, menu items, and pricing.

Event Logistics:

Load-In and Load-Out: Food vendors will receive specific instructions for load-in and load-out, including designated times and locations. Adherence to these instructions is crucial for a smooth event experience.

Payment and Sales: Food vendors are responsible for handling their own sales transactions. Cash, credit/debit card, and mobile payment options are recommended.

Insurance: Food vendors may be required to provide proof of liability insurance coverage for the duration of the event.

Staffing: Food vendors must have sufficient staff available to manage their booths and serve customers throughout the event.
